Following the old Aerial rope way which transported coal between mines, this track is a mixture of single track over large rock slabs, rock gardens and rutted out 4WD track. Good in all weather and a good option for a final track of the day.

This ride will take you through bush lined corridors, past rapids foaming with water in the Ngakawau Gorge, and over historic railway formations. There may be sharp or rusty metal remnants along the track.Expect to dismount from time to time as you navigate the swing bridge at Mangatini Falls or when clambering up the rock steps by Irishman's tunnel.For mountain biking enthusiasts Charming Creek was rated by the Kennett Brothers as a 3 star ride - highly recommended ride which they enjoyed.This is a shared-use track.

Derail is a fun downhill option from Pig Route connecting to Sullivans, or a challenging climb the other direction. Pick your line carefully, there are some technical sections which will keep you on your toes. The track has caused some damage to the bikes of those who have not picked good lines, hence the name.

The track climbs up a historic road to the Waitahu Junction then drops down a benched single track ending with tight fast switchbacks down to the Clematis suspension bridge. Either bike back to Reefton via Gannons Rd and the Reefton Highway or head back the way you came.

Divine is a short, sharp undulating descent. It is primarily rocky however there is a short rooty bush section to finish on before you drop down onto the main road. Good fun to finish a ride on.

A great trail to finish your ride and exit the forest on. Especially in winter if Tunnels is a bit damp.The trail follows an old tram alignment, and can be rolled or attacked depending on your mood. And there's lots of natural shapes and roots to keep you smiling.
