Begins with a flowy piece of single track then opens into a clearing with 3 small gap jumps, all with ride arounds. After the clearing the trail splits into two and you have a side by side slalom course to race your buddies on all the way to the end of the trail at the Hub.

Trail to the summit of Bike Glendhu. Predominantly a climb but has a short downhill to kick it off.Stunning views up the Motatapu Valley. Accesses Baywatch, an epic flow trail from the summit with unbeatable views.Trail has some sections of exposure and has 300m vertical gain with no shade so take water and sunscreen.

Just a swoopy, easy trail we took the kids (4 & 6yrs) down with only a little coaxing on a few of the slightly steeper slopes. A good trail for first timers and OK for a lazy shred back to base but nothing that will get your pulse racing.

Track starts just being the rubbish collection at top of Dublin Bay Road. There are a couple of steep and loose descents. This track is also used by trail bikes.
