Description

Gundys Track Climbing up Ringawhati and part way up to Tangata Maunga to a small grass clearing/fork in the track just past Gundys Hut (Waitohu Valley lodge).An awesome hill climb with a bit of rough and clean sections along the way. Closer to the top past the boiler it turns up the heat with some gnarly rock gardens to test your skills and ya bike.Access through to this track runs through private farm land which the farmer kindly asks users to respect no access from the 1st of September though till Labour weekend in October due to lambing. Please respect this as and don't stuff it up for everyone else.
