Description
Comes off the top of the new Snakes 'n Ladders.The first section (Mr) is a flowing downhill starting in the recently logged opern area and then meets up with the original trail in the mature pines. Options to go right onto Buzzard and Coles (downhills) in the first 100m or so. After 1.4 km you can venture left into Waipuwerawera. At 1.9 km cross the forestry rd. and continue onto Mrs. Pre-logging Mistress was a separate loop. However, as sometimes in life, the Mistress has become the Mrs and now continues to The Connection. Mrs winds through a mix of vegetation including a pretty native gully with baby Huka Falls. There are some narrow sections with crumbly edges.
