Description

The Motatapu trail is opened once a year for a race from Glendhu to Arrowtown.The rest of the year the road/track is closed to the general public. The road is open to the Motatapu River Track on Glendhu side and to Macetown on Arrowtown side year round.The river crossings on the Arrowtown side are often impassable after heavy rain.
