Greytown Off Road Loop Mountain Bike Trail

Relatively flat ride starting in Greytown heading out toward Woodside following the Rail Trail then across sign posted trail following farm boundaries, dip onto river bead then joining back to the Cycle Trail at Kuratawhiti St and following through to Udy St Greytown. Back onto the road and into the township for a coffee...The rail trail is flat and smooth riding for about 5km to Wood side.The farm boundary track is undulating mostly flat grassy track. There are a couple of sections that drop you down to the river bed and follow 4x4 tracks then heads back up to the farm boundary exiting to open bush before exiting to Kuratawhiti St.Remember to respect the farm lands you are crossing and watch for electric fences which may or may not be on.
