Sandy Point offers over 20km of flowing singletrack and forestry roads through 2,000 hectares of pine forest and native vegetation. Known for its sandy, fast-rolling terrain with gentle undulations, the area features tranquil trails suitable for all skill levels, from easy family rides to intermediate technical routes. Located 12km from central Invercargill, the park is maintained by the Southland Mountain Bike Club and provides scenic views of the Oreti River and sand dunes.
