Best Mountain Bike Trails in Raincliff Bike Park
Raincliff Bike Park, located in Pleasant Point near Timaru, is a forest-based trail network developed by the South Canterbury Mountain Bike Club on Blakely Pacific-owned land. The park features trails ranging from green to black diamond difficulty, with features including berms, jumps, and bridges. Access is limited to evenings and weekends, with a mix of existing walking tracks and newly developed mountain bike-specific terrain through pine and native forest.

The pioneer stage 3 - The trail crosses a combination of public trails and private land. GPS data included to help you prepare for the challenge. The Pioneer uses some of the Alps to Ocean trail and crosses over private farm land that is only open for the event. The GPS data will give you an indication of the challenge involved especially the extreme gradients.
