Mountain Bike Trails in Long Bay Regional Park
Long Bay Regional Park offers a scenic coastal mountain bike experience on the North Shore of Auckland, featuring the Long Bay Coastal Track with fairly hilly terrain and short steep climbs. The track winds through coastal bush, providing access to Granny's and Pohutukawa Bays with stunning panoramic views of the Hauraki Gulf from high points along the route. This is a family-friendly regional park offering multiple recreational activities beyond mountain biking.

Access off the coastal track. This mown loop track takes you up behind Granny’s Bay, through native re-vegetation and rolling stunning scenes of the Hauraki Gulf. Recommend start from the cliff top before Grannys bay to get a nice grassy descent and beautiful views of the harbour.
