The Rainbow Mountain Trail is a mix of rock and native bush - magnificent - and the views from the top are sensational.Well worth the steep and technical climb up (Te Tihi O Ruru) - and so is the grade 4 downhill that follows (Te RangaTrail) that will thrill and challenge your skills.Kersosene Creek is close and so you can wallow in a hot pool at the end of the ride.
