Best Mountain Bike Trails in Teetotal
Teetotal mountain bike tracks near St. Arnaud in the Nelson Lakes region offer challenging trails ranging from Grade 1 (easy) to Grade 6 (extreme), all set in stunning alpine scenery. The famous Skating Pond Loop and tracks like Kaka, Duck Down, Flying Moa, Rocky Horror, Sidewinder, Big Bush, and Rattler Rim feature exciting dips, banked turns, steady climbs and steep descents through grassland and matagouri scrub. The tracks cross both public conservation land and leasehold land, with speed limits of 40 km/h and awareness needed for other users including hunters.
