Mountain Bike Trails in Tairua

The Tairua River Trail is a scenic 6.5km (one-way) trail following the lower Tairua River estuary with coastal boardwalks and bush passages. A planned 15km connection to Pauanui will feature a striking 120-metre suspension bridge. The area offers moderately popular advanced singletrack trails suitable for experienced riders exploring the Coromandel's expanding trail network.
