Best Mountain Bike Trails in Living Springs

Living Springs is one of the most popular mountain bike sites near Christchurch, offering a great variety of tracks suitable for all skill levels. Located at Governors Bay with access from Dyers Pass Road, the area features 6km of advanced built trails alongside beginner-friendly tracks like the 7.5km Living Springs Loop and various single-track options through forest. The terrain includes the 4WD Climb, the Pines single-track (1.5km uphill), and technical sections at Zane's trail, making it an excellent hub for diverse riding experiences in the Port Hills region.
